  1. New racers and race fans who move into the area won’t be able to find out about your race track by reading a racing forum. Likewise, people who want to get started in racing will not benefit from a forum for the same reason. You need a website that has your racing schedule and good directions to your race track all in one easily accessible place.
  2. Anybody can post anything on a public forum. How will people know that the posts you make are authentic? The fact is, they won’t.
  3. How long will it be before an irate racer or fan misrepresents you or your race track? If you use a forum for your internet presence, rest assured it won’t be long.
  4. It appears unprofessional. If you have a good race track why don’t you have a professional website?

The simple fact is, posting your racing events to a forum is a bad idea in every imaginable way. If you want to have a respectable race track you need a professional, well-maintained website for that track. Racing forums have their place, but your main focus needs to be your official race track website.

Basic Website Setup

  • Home page*
  • Schedule page*

There is a one-time setup fee of $75 for this package. All pages are optional and include text with a maximum of one graphic image. If you decide that you don’t want all of the pages listed above, your setup fee will be adjusted accordingly. The setup fee includes domain name registration. Yearly domain name renewal is due by March 1 and is only $10 per year.

We can also design an optional graphic logo for your site. The fee for the logo design service is $60.

* You will be asked to provide properly formatted text for these pages. Any text that is created and properly formatted in a text editor (Windows Notepad) or a word processor (MS Word, et al) should work fine.

Other Pages

You may add any pages you would like to the above package and the setup fee will be adjusted accordingly. Some possible pages that you may like to add are listed below.

  • Image Gallery ($10 setup)
  • Discussion Forum ($20 setup)

Website Maintenance

Maintenance fees include weekly maintenance of your website. The maintenance fees cover the following items.

  • Weekly Home page updates
  • Minor updates to Schedule page
  • Minor updates to General Rules page
  • Minor updates to Track Information page
  • Minor updates to Track Staff page

The maintenance fees are:

  • $15 per week if paid weekly or
  • $50 per month if paid monthly or
  • $300 per year if paid yearly (includes March through September)

We will also maintain additional pages for you as needed.

  • Point standings page – $30 per update
  • Forum maintenance – $5 per month
  • Image Gallery maintenance – $0.50 per picture upload, $1.00 per picture if image editing is required

We also provide training if you would like to do the updates yourself or have someone else do them for you. Training is $30 per hour.

Website Hosting

Website hosting is provided by a reliable third party web hosting service provider. Your site will be hosted on my VPS (Virtual Private Server). The cost of web hosting is very reasonable at $60 per year if paid yearly.

When you are ready to provide your racers and fans with a quality, professional website, please contact us. Please note that we currently only accept payments through Paypal. You don’t need a Paypal account to make a payment. Paypal accepts all major credit cards and is fast and secure.

Summary of Services

Here is a summary of the types of websites you can have and exactly what your cost will be for setup and ongoing maintenance if you pay yearly.

  • Basic six page website – $75 setup, $370 per year maintenance, hosting, and domain name retention (Does not include image gallery or forum setup and maintenance, or point standings updates. Other limitations may apply.)
  • Basic two page website (home page and combined schedule and track info page) – $35 setup, $300 per year maintenance, hosting, and domain name retention

NOTE: We do not design websites with dark backgrounds and light text. These types of websites are more difficult for the end user. We do not design websites with cheap animated gif images or glittery graphics. We are professional web designers who design with usability and Search Engine Optimization in mind. We guarantee that any website we design for you will rank number one  within 1 month, in Google, Yahoo, or Bing, for any search that exclusively contains the name of your race track.
